It may still be running, but I don't know. It was running both in December and in April when I went, so who knows. I didn't get a chance to ride it in December, but we got to ride it several times in April. :)

Easy. I miss Mr. Toad's Wild Ride. I really hate that it's no longer at WDW. :(
